Colour Fun Run 2024

Last year we raised almost $12,000!

This year we would love to double that figure. There will be prizes for the highest fund raising individual and the highest fund raising class!

All money raised will go directly to the school to bridge the gap between what the school receives in government funding and provides for important items like equipment, improving school grounds, furniture and education programs.

This year there are many items that require replacing in classrooms including laptops and tech, basic classroom furniture and teaching needs.

 For the Colour Fun Run we don't have set goals in terms of numbers of laps to complete, or kilometres covered. The children are able to run around the course for a set time and have a fun afternoon.

For Colour Fun Run Day, there will be prizes for the cleanest and most colourful t-shirts, maybe even the messiest hair at the end, but all in the spirit of an energetic and exciting afternoon.

If there is any competition, it is focussed on fund raising activity in the leading weeks to the Colour Fun Run event.

At fundraising conclusion, the highest fundraising class will get a class prize - a movie of their choice with popcorn! We will also award the highest individual fundraiser.

To encourage fundraising momentum, individuals will be rewarded on a weekly basis. Fun prizes will be presented and children congratulated for their efforts, however, donations are voluntary and it should all be done in good spirit.
